Revolutionizing Observability - Unveiling OpenObserve, the High-Performance, Cloud-Native Platform | Open Source Observability Platform for Logs, Metrics, Traces, and More – Your Ultimate Dashboard for Alerts and Insights
OpenObserve’ is an open source, cloud native open source observability platform that provides ~140x (YMMV. Could be higher or lower based on data entropy) lower storage costs compared to Elasticsearch. Use cases include real-life log data, significantly reduces operational costs, and improves ease of use. It can scale to petabytes of data, is highly performant, and allows you to sleep better at night 😴. If you are looking for an observability tool for logs, metrics, and traces, take a look at OpenObserve and how its approach towards observability could help you build better software and save money on observability costs.

You’re Not Powerless in the Face of Imposter Syndrome
Research shows that high achievers from underrepresented backgrounds often find themselves confronting imposter syndrome or feeling they don’t fit in, are not welcome, or don’t belong. But understanding imposter syndrome does little to end it. The author, who studied underrepresented board members for his PhD and who interacts with hundreds of aspiring and existing board directors in his role at an executive search firm, has found that attributes of moxie — strength of will, self-discipline, and the ability to persist despite challenges — were vital to underrepresented directors’ success.
